Reviews and your reputation

Ask happy clients for a review at the right moment, hear about unhappy ones privately, and watch your ratings in one place.

Set your review links

  1. Reputation. Paste your Google review link (from your Google Business Profile → "Get more reviews"), and optionally Yelp and Facebook.
  2. Choose where review requests point. Google is the default because it's what people search.

The review request

An hour after a visit is marked complete, the client gets a warm text with your review link (and an email if you've turned that template on). Edit the words under Settings → Templates → Review request. One request per visit, never during quiet hours, never to anyone who opted out.

The intercept ("how was it?")

Turn it on under Reputation. Instead of the link, clients get "How was your visit? Reply 1–5". A 4 or 5 gets the review link; a 1–3 opens a private conversation with you and alerts the owner — you hear about a bad day before the internet does.

Watching your ratings

The Reputation page shows requests sent, links tapped, and your live Google rating and review count (when live rating pulls are enabled on your Nook). A quick weekly look is enough.
