Your link

Your booking page lives at yourshop.trynook.ai. Settings → Booking page & widget shows the link and a copy button. Put it in your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile ("Book online" button), Facebook page, email signature and voicemail.

What clients see

  1. Your services, grouped by category, with duration and price ("from $X" if you marked it that way).
  2. A choice of who they'd like, or "anyone".
  3. Real openings for the next two weeks — computed from that person's hours, existing visits, buffers and synced calendars.
  4. Name and mobile (email optional). They get a confirmation text (and email if you've turned that template on) with a link to manage the visit.

Embed it on your website

Copy the one-line snippet from Settings → Booking page & widget and paste it where you want the booking button — Squarespace, Wix, WordPress and Shopify all accept it in a code or embed block. It opens your booking page in an overlay without leaving your site.

Use your own domain

  1. Settings → Custom domain. Enter the address you want, e.g. book.yourshop.com.
  2. Nook shows two records to add at your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Squarespace domains…): a CNAME pointing at edge.trynook.ai and a TXT record that proves you own the domain.
  3. Tap Check again once they're in. DNS changes can take a few minutes to a few hours; Nook re-checks on its own every couple of minutes until it verifies.
  4. The certificate is issued automatically — your page is on HTTPS with no extra steps.
Using Cloudflare? Set the record to "DNS only" (grey cloud), not proxied. Using an apex domain like yourshop.com with no subdomain? Most providers support ALIAS/ANAME records for that; if yours doesn't, use book.yourshop.com.

Control who can book what

Per service, On the menu vs Clients can book it online: a consult you only do by phone can stay bookable from your calendar without appearing online. Mark a team member as not bookable in Team & hours to keep them off the page while they're training or away.
